It starts with great leadership. Both Loretto and St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center have provided vision and direction that built this great company since 1997.

Loretto, the sponsoring agency of PACE CNY, is celebrating nearly 80 years as Central New York’s largest not-for-profit organization offering comprehensive, customized care to the older adults of Central New York. Loretto is a not-for-profit organization committed to the Mission of improving the quality of life for older adults in Central New York.

Since it was founded in 1926, Loretto has grown to be the community’s largest eldercare provider. Throughout it's history Loretto has focused on responding to community needs in an innovative, caring fashion. Today, Loretto serves nearly 4,000 individuals a year.

St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center is a 431-bed comprehensive medical care institution dedicated to providing quality health care to the residents of 16 counties in Central New York. St. Joseph's and its ambulatory programs, mental health services, home care, and Franciscan Health Support are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

St. Joseph's has stood as a community landmark in Syracuse since 1869.The institution has evolved into a medical complex that, in addition to the Hospital, includes a College of Nursing, psychiatric emergency program and physician's office building.

In addition to providing general medical and surgical care, St. Joseph's offers several specialty services, including hemodialysis, maternity and pediatric services, a separate birth center, emergency care, intensive care, wound care, dental services, suicide prevention and certified home health care. St. Joseph's operates several satellite facilities, including two ambulatory surgery centers, family and maternal child/clinics, a dental clinic, psychiatric services center, The Wellness Place, Regional Dialysis Center, neighborhood dialysis centers and a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation center.
