Our
Plan for Growth
The
nationally recognized PACE model exists in only 32 communities throughout
the nation. Since its implementation in Syracuse, the program has
expanded in response to community needs. Currently over 300 seniors
are served in their homes and at two day center sites by more than
125 full-time and 30 part time professional caregivers. Future plans
include opening in 2007 a third center located on the Northside
of the City of Syracuse, and a fourth site in the western Onondaga
suburbs developed through HUD 2002 funds opening in 2008
