PACE has full-time and part-time positions available. In these Geriatric Care Giver titled positions, you will broaden your horizons by providing community-based services to the elderly in their homes throughout Onondaga County. Travel is required; therefore, a valid drivers license and reliable transportation is needed. You will paid the concurrent IRS rate (currently 55 cents/mile).
Requirements: Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate, High School Diploma or GED. If you are not already certified, you will need to have the ability to successfully complete company paid classroom training for a 2-3 week period on a FT Monday through Friday basis. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to enter the health care field. You will be paid while training and upon completion of the program.
A sign-on bonus of $1,500 will apply for qualified candidates (minimum of 1 year agency experience).
Salary starts at $9.42/hour or higher based on CHAA experience. Shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts.
